Healthcare Training Program Impact

From 2023 to 2024, 550 caregivers, health workers, and community members were trained through our Healthcare Training Program. In 2024 alone, 200 participants in Butaleja District, Uganda received targeted education on: Personal hygiene and sanitation, Creating safe home environments, Managing childhood illnesses, HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and stigma reduction. Each training session is a catalyst for change, empowering individuals to protect lives and foster resilience in their communities.

Program Focus Areas

Our curriculum is designed to address the most pressing health challenges in vulnerable communities:

  • Malaria Prevention and Control: Reducing transmission through education and community action.

  • HIV/AIDS Awareness and Support: Promoting prevention strategies and reducing stigma.

  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Preventing infections and improving public health.

  • Nutrition Education: Boosting immunity and combating malnutrition  

These focus areas are delivered through interactive workshops, peer learning, and culturally relevant materials.
